PAI lubricating paint of Daito lubrication

Outline
PAI lubricating paint is a dry film coating agent of a baking type that molybdenum disulfide which is a solid lubricant and fluorine resin are dispersed in PAI resin binder. Especially, it is excellent in heat resistance and abrasion resistance, and can coat on several sliding part such as piston skirt portion of engine. In additional, there are wire coating agent for endoscopes of which the resistance is lowered, coating agent for bolts and nuts improved in adhesion, and paint for engine gaskets which the surface smoothness is improved, and is excellent in airtightness and especially abrasion resistance at high temperature.
Features
(1) It is excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance, and is suitable for combination use with grease and oil
(2) It is formed a film which is very smooth and low friction coefficient.
(3) It is excellent in adhesiveness (especially aluminum), and the coating film is hard to peel off.
(4) As PAI resin, it cures at low temperature (210 Ž).
(5) Viscosity adjustment (20 - 4000 mPas) can be set by custom order.

Paints with low resistance (frictional resistance) especially among PAI lubricant paints, is adopted.

1. Low resistance
By adjusting the particle size and compounding amount of the solid lubricant, the resistance force was greatly reduced. Ehen the resistance force is smaller, the load on the wire decreases is reduced and the power loss is also reduced.
2. Excellent durability
By adopting PAI resin into binder resin and optimizing the compounding amount of molybdenum disulfide and PTFE, high abrasion resistance has been realized.
3. Excellent flexibility
By PAI resin is used into binder resin, and it is excellent in flexibility extremely.

Excellent processing technology ensures extremely high film thickness stability, and highly accurate sliding performance has been realized.

yFeatures: Coating on bolts and nutsz
1. It is a dry film.
Because it is a completed dry, there is no stickiness like the conventional wet type (grease) and it is excellent in workability.
2. Excellent seizure prevention
It is a paint with excellent in adhesion, peeling of the coating film is suppressed, and high seizure resistance has been realized.
3. Excellent durability
It also withstands repetitive fastening of bolts and nuts, and has passed stringent repeated seizure tests.
4. Axial force reduction is small.

1. Reduction of manufacturing process number
By optimizing the compounding amount of molybdenum and PTFE into PAI resin by special dispersion technology, the conventional 2 coating processes and 2 baking processes (PTFE and molybdenum coating) is reduced to 1 coating process and 1 baking process, and the number of manufacturing process can be drastically reduced.
2. Excellent prevention of squeaking noise
Because the coefficient of friction is low, squeaking sound is not generated even after durability test by 20,000 times.
3. Excellent hysteresis
Reduce drastically the hysteresis of spring, suppress the generation of heat, and increases the operation efficiency of spring.

More than 80% of new car manufacturers in Japan coat engine piston skirt, and the frictional force reduction has been demonstrated by floating liner frictional force measurement test. Our PAI coat has low and stable friction coefficient, as a result, it has become very high adhesiveness. Not only new cars, but it can correspond to aftermarket, and correspond from a small amount of coating.

1. Excellent abrasion resistance
Due to excellent adhesiveness of PAI resin, it is excellent abrasion resistance at high temperature especially. When the temperature becomes high, the gasket may be damaged from the increase of internal stress, and the abrasion resistance of the coated surface at high temperature becomes importance. It also can prevent wear of the gasket from wear due to vibration of the engine.
2. Excellent sealability
Excellent solid lubricant dispersion technology and screen printing paint are combined, a very smooth coating film is formed, and a very high sealability is realized.
3. Excellent heat resistance
Due to excellent heat resistance of PAI resin, the heat resistance is higher than conventional epoxy resin type, and the discoloration will not occur even at a high temperature of 400‹C.

1. Excellent airtightness

Due to special binder and BN (Boron Nitride), it maintains extremely high heat resistance and lubrication performance up to high temperatures.

Due to BN (boron nitride) is dispersed in special binder, it has heat resistance of 1,000‹C or more, which exceeds the heat resistance of conventional organic binder and molybdenum disulfide (up to 400‹C maximum).
